5 filets white fish
1 red onion, juliened
2 red chili peppers, chopped
3 oz cilantro, chopped
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice
